Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use will be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the Union Territory of Chandigarh, India for the resolution of any disputes. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in force at the time of the arbitration, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in the Union Territory of Chandigarh, India.

Right to Use the Services

These Terms govern your right to access and use the Services during the applicable subscription period. All restrictions and your commitments under these Terms shall apply to your access and use of any pre-release or beta version of the Services (“Pre-Release Offerings”).
